Sangam InfoAnalytics — GSTfy & PrivoBooks Effective date: 5 June 2026 · Last updated: 5 June 2026
These License Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the desktop software products GSTfy and PrivoBooks ("Software"), published by Sangam InfoAnalytics ("we", "us", "our"), Alpha One Complex, Junagadh, Gujarat, India. By installing, activating, or using the Software, you ("you", "the User", "Licensee") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Licence grant
On payment of the applicable one-time licence fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the licensed major version of the Software on one (1) computer (PC), for your own business or professional use. The licence is bound to that computer's machine identifier through a cryptographically signed activation key.
2. What the licence includes
- Use of the licensed major version for as long as you wish, fully offline.
- One (1) year of updates from the date of purchase. Continued updates beyond that period may require a renewal or upgrade, offered at our discretion.
- Current product prices: GSTfy — ₹4,499; PrivoBooks — ₹2,999 (one-time, per PC, exclusive of applicable taxes). Prices may change for future purchases.
3. Free trial
The Software is offered with a 30-day free trial providing full functionality, so you can evaluate it before purchase. After the trial period (and any short grace period we may allow), continued use requires a paid licence and activation key.
4. Activation and licence transfer
A licence key is issued by us after payment and is tied to the machine code you provide. To move your licence to a different computer (for example, after replacing hardware), contact our support team; we may, at our discretion, reissue or re-bind the key to a new machine. Licence keys must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used on more than the licensed number of computers.
5. Permitted use and restrictions
You may not, and may not permit any third party to: (a) copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or licence keys; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law; (c) circumvent, disable, or tamper with licensing, activation, or security mechanisms; or (d) use the Software in any unlawful manner.
6. Professional responsibility and accuracy (important)
The Software is a tool to assist with GST return preparation, reconciliation, bookkeeping, bank-statement analysis, and report generation. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
You — and where applicable the Chartered Accountant, tax professional, or business using the Software — remain solely responsible for: (a) the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered; (b) reviewing, verifying, and approving every return, reconciliation, financial statement, export (including Kuber files), and report before filing, submission, or reliance; and (c) compliance with all applicable laws, including GST law and filings with the GST portal and other authorities. Automated extraction (including AI/OCR bill reading) and statement parsing may contain errors and must be independently verified by you. We are not responsible for any filing, assessment, penalty, interest, or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Software's outputs.
7. Intellectual property
The Software, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Sangam InfoAnalytics and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a licence to use the Software only; no ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system, bank-statement format, or future change in government formats or law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sangam InfoAnalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Software. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Software shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the licence giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Data and privacy
The Software is designed to run offline; your business data is stored locally on your computer. Our handling of personal data you share with us (for purchase and support) is described in our Privacy Policy. Certain optional features (such as online AI bill reading) may transmit data to a third-party service at your initiation — see the Privacy Policy.
11. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Software. We may terminate the licence if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by tampering with licensing or unlawful use). On termination, you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 6–9, 11, 13) survive termination.
12. No refunds
All licence sales are final. Because a full-featured 30-day free trial is provided for evaluation before purchase, we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Junagadh, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for ongoing use.
