Sangam InfoAnalytics — GSTfy & PrivoBooks Effective date: 5 June 2026 · Last updated: 5 June 2026
This policy explains how trials and payments work for GSTfy and PrivoBooks.
1. Try the full software free for 30 days
Every product comes with a 30-day free trial that unlocks all features, with a short grace period. This trial is your opportunity to install the Software on your own computer and confirm it works for your needs — including activating it, parsing your bank statements, and preparing your returns — before you pay anything. We strongly encourage you to complete the trial before purchasing.
2. No refunds after purchase
Because we provide a complete, no-cost trial of the full Software before any payment, all licence purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a licence fee is paid and an activation key is issued, the amount paid cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, including for change of mind, unused time, or discontinued use.
3. Limited exceptions
We act fairly. In the following limited situations, contact us and we will make it right — by delivering or correcting your licence, not by way of a general refund:
- Licence key not delivered — if you have paid but not received a working activation key, we will issue it promptly.
- Duplicate or incorrect payment — if you are charged twice for the same licence, or charged an incorrect amount, we will correct the difference.
4. Technical issues
If the Software does not work as described, please contact our support team first — most issues (installation, activation, statement parsing, updates) are resolved quickly. Technical problems are handled through support rather than refunds. See our Support page.
5. Renewals and updates
A licence includes one year of updates from purchase. Any future renewal or upgrade, if offered, is a separate purchase and is also non-refundable under this policy.

Plain-language template provided for convenience; not legal advice. A clearly disclosed no-refund policy supported by a free trial is generally enforceable, but we recommend review by a qualified advocate for consistency with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
